COVID19: Allahabad High Court switches to Virtual Hearings From January 3

In wake of third wave pf COVID19, Allahabad High Court has made the decision to hear the cases virtually. These guidelines would be followed until further orders of the Court.


This critical decision was taken by the Administrative Committee of Allahabad High Court held on 2nd January 2022 under the Chairmanship of Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal, and it was attended by the other Office Bearers of the Oudh Bar Association.


The court has clarified that no adverse orders would be passed by the Court if an advocate is unable to join/attend the court proceedings. Those matters would be heard the following day.
