Introducing Our Founder
Vaibhav Yadav
Vaibhav Yadav is a distinguished advocate at the Supreme Court of India and a passionate research scholar. He holds a prestigious Master's degree from National Law University, Delhi, and another Master’s degree in Criminal Law & Forensic Science from NALSAR University. Vaibhav’s commitment to the legal field is matched by his dedication to philanthropy. As the visionary leader of the Veer Foundation, he has been instrumental in advancing public welfare and addressing societal challenges.
Through the Veer Foundation, Vaibhav has spearheaded numerous initiatives that have positively impacted countless lives. One of his most notable endeavors is the "India First" initiative, which has rapidly gained widespread recognition and support across India for its pro-nationalist vision and comprehensive research on Indian polity. In addition, Vaibhav leads the Article 39A project, an initiative under the Veer Foundation, dedicated to upholding the values of equal justice and opportunity enshrined in the Indian Constitution. This project focuses on removing economic and social barriers to justice, ensuring that marginalized communities have equal access to legal resources.
